The Right Numbers

Last week I visited my doctor for my annual checkup and he was so impressed with my appearance, weight, blood pressure, oxygen output and resting pulse. His comment to me-” Your numbers are that of someone 20 years younger”. I just glowed but I know it is because of my healthy eating habits, practicing yoga and Pilate’s 3 times a week and 2 hours of cardio and 2 hours of weight training. It has given me energy, increased my mental agility and positive frame of mind and helps me cope in this fast paced world. I know how to relax and just breathe and wish you the same tranquility.
