My Formula for Looking and Feeling Young

Our spine dictates our age said “Joseph Pilates”, creator of the Pilates concept in exercise. Contrology is one of his principles. I have been practicing pilates and yogalates for the past year, 2-3 times a week and the results are phenomenal. My posture is upright with shoulders back and my core is tight almost as flat as a teenager with a tight backside (trying for J-Lo’s) . Years ago in NY we had the use of a famous household product WD 40 that was used for everything and anything. My joints are pain free and I can strut my stuff like a younger me used to do just like the results of using WD 40. My energy and stamina levels are higher than in the past and my memory is right on target. My complexion is smooth with a glow of health that no cream could ever provide.

I wish I knew earlier how beneficial the practice of Yoga, Pilates and stretching would be. I would have become an instructor. Now, I will just continue to brag and write and shout about it. It is wonderful and the rewards are incredible. You will love your reflection in the mirror and others will complement you and ask what are you doing to look so good.
