Use It or Lose It

Millie has made up her mind to keep her life busy doing projects that I enjoy and will be food for my brain to keep it active and functioning at top speed. We have read time and again that our brains age as well as our bodies and to just go with the flow. We can nourish ourselves with the best of healthy foods, tone and work our bodies. The brain will thrive on stimulation from doing crossword puzzles, even parting your hair on the opposite side. Try writing with the opposite hand. It is fun and also a treat for your brain. These tips have helped me keep my mind so far! Till the next time if I don’t lose it!!!!!

    I’m with you all the way! I believe that if we exercise our minds like we do our bodies, it too will stay in shape; but, if we fail to exercise our minds, then we will lose them to flabby gray matter.
