Today I managed to do two of my favorite classes back to back and not feel winded or tired. Only two poses in the Hatha yoga class gave me a little hesitation but other than that I did great. So much so that I stayed for the Pilates class that I haven’t done in months and sailed through it. It seems once you learn the practice, the moves come right back to you especially the 100’s. This is the “key” to developing a six-pack (even at my young age) and so this is my goal for this year. I managed to do four push ups with my knees down and it felt really good.
I truly believe had it not been for my earlier workout sessions over the years I would have suffered a break or fracture when I fell the last month. Tonight I feel awesome and so pleased with my accomplishment. But above all, I am thankful “someone was watching over me.”
