For the Love of a Pretzel Twist

Trinity Yoga.com

Loving this studio and its instructors have created for me a healthier body along with a relaxed focused mind.  It has given me height as I  have learned to stretch my body and be able to relax and restore flexibility and mobility to my  limbs.   It is like arthritis took a vacation as I have gained greater balance and stamina.  This is critical for one that is up in years as falling is the number one accident for seniors.  With proper balance we can sustain or prevent a fall without breaking one of our fragile bones.

In fact,  yoga helps with our muscularity as well as enhancing our breathing functions.   Learning how to breathe along with the types of breaths can only benefit each one of us.  It has definitely helped me with my condition of  C.O.P.D  as  I feel that the practice of yoga has enabled me to keep my oxygen levels at a good number.  The oxygen levels are slowly decreasing (which is normal in this condition) vs someone who does not practice any form of exercise.   Yoga has given me a new lease on life and I want to share it with all of you.  Namaste!

Try a class or two and you will be loving a pretzel body, too!
