Missing Exercise

It is just over a week since I have bent myself into a pretzel or raised up on toes, did deep knee bends or lifted my weights and my body is crying for exercise. Who would believe that one’s body becomes so conditioned to routine and movement that it becomes starved and acts up with a nudge of muscle tightness, pain in the neck reappears? Michelle and Anne my two favorite instructors have taken a plunge to open their very own studio Harmony Yoga and Pilates Studio that promises to have all the best of equipment, video, instructors, spinning classes in addition to my favorites of Yoga and Pilates classes.

Planning my times with their new schedule and getting my gear together is exciting and will be storing it in my car. My pain in the neck and muscle tightness will be a thing of the past. Monday is almost here. Here’s to working out!!!!!
