Feeling Good Again

Hi everyone – Harmony Yoga and Pilates Studio is awesome with its brand new bamboo flooring, DVD’s playing beautiful scenery and music to work out to. Latest equipment, bolsters for the Yoga poses and sandbags (10lb) to keep our limbs in the right position. I did my hour of Yoga and then another hour of Yogalates that stretches and tones your whole body and the last 10 minutes we are stretched to the max and tuned out to the world. By the end of the classes I am a new woman ready to take on the rest of the day feeling energized and looking healthy with a rosy glow to my cheeks.

On a health note five years ago I was at the beginning stages of Osteopina (bone softening), since that time I have started the Yoga and Pilates exercise in additon to a calcium supplement weekly and it has worked. My bone density is almost reversed. How good does it get?

Not a bad price for healthier bones.

  1. My goodness, how do you find two hours to exercise? I struggle to find 30 minutes to ride my bike. We all need to follow in your footsteps of exercise and eating a proper diet. Keep inspiring us to better ourselves, you go girl!
