Tomorrow will be the completion of nine weeks of exercise and the results are in. My blood pressure is 118/70, my weight has decreased by five pounds and I have a resting pulse of 60. My physician is so pleased with my numbers and my glowing healthy skin. I noticed my strength and energy as I was packing away breakables and moving furniture to get ready for the painter. Now that it is done and I am putting things back and cleaning up, I still have endless energy.
Next Friday will be the end of ten weeks and my marathon will be over as I go up North to celebrate my son’s birthday.
I am wondering if he will notice the “spring in his Mom’s Step”? Maybe my goals will rub off on you. Try it, challenge yourself and you too might just put that bounce in your step.
