Lately, I have been questioned as to what is my secret to looking younger than my years and having smooth skin? Somehow my answer is not what they expected to hear. It usually goes like this:
1. Exercise 3-4 times a week combining weights for body sculpting.
2. Yoga for balance and mental alertness and also improving our oxygen level therefore, giving our skin a natural glow.
3. Pilate’s is strengthening our core which gives us long lean muscle, great posture and a flat tummy area.
Gee, I was hoping there was a magic potion they kidding reply followed by I’m so lazy, I don’t have the time, I can’t afford the classes. Excuses, excuses and more of the same.
My answer to those serious about looking and feeling good, four – five hours a week, is a good start to becoming addicted to feeling mentally, physically and emotionally charged. This tiny investment of time will multiply itself over and over as you gain strength, balance and feeling of well-being. By the way, who better than you, deserves to be “fit as a fiddle.” My motto is “If Ms Millie can, so can you”
