My bones in my hip have become stronger the past two years, and yes I believe that my practice of Yoga and Pilate’s has been the free medicine my body needed without taking any prescription drugs. My blood pressure is 116/60 and my resting pulse is a nice number of 62, which makes my doctors very happy as well as myself and family, too.
The Wednesday and Friday classes with weights has increased my heart rate in addition to toning my arms and building some muscle. Further proof is the article I read today that was forwarded to me by my son. Thought I would share it with all of you.
