Turkey day is only two weeks away and I can already smell the turkey cooking in the oven. I am planning to make my old fashioned recipe of bread stuffing and also a favorite artichoke and cauliflower side dish. I am counting on my memory to guide me as it has been awhile since I prepared them. Once your family is downsized, you don’t really make these for one or two people. My stuffed mushrooms were always a hit with everyone, so I might try this week and practice before the big day. I will be preparing these wonders at my son’s house who is hosting Thanksgiving. It should be great!
