Loving Life

Last week as my family far away read the link to the article online, they responded in kind how proud they were of their Mom, grand-mom along with friends.   How special is this especially right around Mother’s Day?  Who doesn’t love a little flattery every now and then besides a nice pat on the back?  It continued when I returned to school where I volunteer as I got so many “thumbs up”  from teachers that had seen the article and some of the students who were so excited that their Ms Millie was in the newspaper. (Some more hugs that I love were forthcoming!)

Last night Trinity Yoga Studio.com celebrated their grand re-opening with the newly refurbished studio and entrance and new co owners Janel and Christina.  So many of my friends were able to visit and see first hand why I am always bragging about the practice of yoga and its benefits.  Even the reporter Cliff Gill returned with a copy of his interview and my picture to be autographed.  I was truly honored!.  We had a wonderful time chatting and nibbling on cheese and crackers, some dip and veggies and my donation of brownies that disappeared quickly.  Just the right amount of sweetness along with the Cabernet wine to sip.  Life is so good when  filled with good friends and laughter and we had it all last night.   Thank you everyone  for brightening my life and always being so kind and helpful to Ms Millie.  As the yogi’s say “NAMASTE”

  1. My hat goes off to Millie. I have taken many classes with her. From one senior to another, you have the stamina and determination to complete each class. Although I admit, sometimes I wonder what I am doing in a class with younger gals. Keep it up, you are our role model.

    1. Thank you so much Maria for your comment and for reading my blog. It means the world to me! I know I feel younger after each class which has made me a lover of Yoga. It keeps us movin and groovin!
